The Scottish Highlands in the mid-1700s was a magical place. This hand-drawn and hand-lettered map of Scotland in the time of Jamie Fraser is based on historical maps of the region, including clan maps, and also includes some locations from Diana Gabaldon's novels.
My original calligraphy was hand-lettered in sumi ink on pergamenata and includes modified lyrics from the Skye Boat Song, a historical folk song.
This map print is available in two sizes: 8 x 10 inch print or 11 x 14 inch print. You may purchase the print alone or have it professionally matted in black for no extra charge. *** NOTE: Matting for the 11 x 14 inch print is available to buyers within the United States only, because of size restrictions on international first-class mail. Please do not choose that option if you are outside of the United States. *** (The 8 x 10 inch print fits a 11 x 14 inch mat, and the 11 x 14 inch print fits a 16 x 20 inch mat.) The print is professionally printed using an Epson Artisan 1430 with Claria inks on premium fine art paper, a combination which has a laboratory-tested lifespan of more than 100 years.
Your matted art print is shipped with a protective plastic sleeve in a sturdy cardboard mailer to prevent any damage during shipping. Artwork is copyright (c) Nancy Hulan and unauthorized reproduction, digital or physical, is prohibited.
