This set of Shakespearean stationery is perfect for the Renaissance writer. It contains a selection of 10 all-occasion note cards and matching envelopes. Every card features my original artwork and calligraphy, each in a different Renaissance style, and all are blank on the inside.
The 10 cards have the following quotations:
"I count myself in nothing else so happy as in a soul remembering my good friends"
"I can no other answer make but thanks, and thanks"
"Parting is such sweet sorrow that I shall say good night till it be morrow"
"My bounty is as boundless as the sea, my love as deep; the more I give to thee the more I have, for both are infinite"
"How far that little candle throws his beams! So shines a good deed in a naughty world"
"All the world's a stage ... And one man in his time plays many parts"
"Heigh ho! Sing heigh ho unto the green holly!"
"If music be the food of love, play on"
"By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes"
"Doubt thou the stars are fire; Doubt that the sum doth move; Doubt truth to be a liar; But never doubt I love"
The cards are printed using a professional Epson printer with archival inks and come in a gift box with ribbon. The paper is beige Brockway cardstock with a velvety felt finish and and deliciously deckled edge. Matching A2 envelopes, also with deckled edge flap, are included. The wood pen is not included in the listing.
This listing is for 10 cards and envelopes, each measuring 5.5 inches wide and 4.25 inches high when closed (8.5 inches high when open).
